Jacque Vaughn said Ben Simmons experienced back soreness while strengthening his knee this week. No timetable and no discussion of shutting him down for the season either.

I mean, I don't know that we really need "medical data" to support load management, as common sense says (generally speaking) that guys who play fewer games are going to be more rested come playoff time.

My point was that teams pay players per season, but we're getting to the point where teams aren't really getting full seasons from some players, even when they're healthy, so maybe owners are going to want to do something about that. Kawhi, for example, even if healthy, probably isn't going to play more than 50 games in the regular season. Seems like owners wouldn't like paying for a "full season" that's not really full. (If a guy is injured, that's a different story.)
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

Suns are going to the Finals. Unless they get hit with injuries. Too much firepower and they’ve been surprisingly good defensively this year.

A Kings vs Clippers playoff match will def be interesting. Rivalry renewed in the pacific.

Lakers lose a tough one they really could have used. Twolves without KAT of course and lakers without Lebron or Deangelo. The teams above them are probably getting guys back sooner than Lebron who is out at least three weeks. Curry returns Sunday, SGA is supposed to be back any game. I haven’t seen a return time for KAT but he is supposed to be back soon if I didn’t miss a setback. I am not sure when simons or nurkic comes back for blazers.

Despite everything, GSW has a good chance at finishing the season the 4 or 5 seed.

If playoffs started now, Phoenix vs. Golden State is the first round matchup, and then whoever wins that likely plays the Nuggets next round. That'd be an awesome early round of playoff series  :)

That’s too bad.  I assume this keeps Tillman in the rotation.

I mean I get it, defending champs, a current modern dynasty.

But dang Golden State has played like every single ABC weekend this year it seems. Even this weekend, they play on ABC tomorrow.

And then next weekend, they play on ABC again Saturday night. Ugh. Wish there was more parity with this stuff. I hate that it always seems to be just Golden State, LA, Boston, Philly, etc.

National TV needs more Kings games.

Jonathan Isaac is out for the year with a torn adductor.  Played in only 11 games after practically a three-year absence.  That’s tough, to say the least.
I saw someone write "Make Adductors Great Again", in reference to some of Isaac's political stances.

Elicited a very shameful chuckle, but it really is a shame. He was looking like being a DPOY candidate for a long time. He will have played 11 games from 2 August 2020 to 24 October 2023. Wow

Nerlens Noel was a nice pickup for Brooklyn. Now they can keep Claxton or Noel on the court for a full 48 minutes and maintain their interior defense & rebounding.

They like the New England Patriots of football back in their dynasty days. Always getting the spotlight and all. Now we feel and know how much opposite fanbases despise them  ;D I despise the Warriors, always getting the spotlight and all. Time to promote small market teams like the Kings for example!
