As they should. They don’t know if Tua is going to continue at this pace, or come back to earth like Baltimore did after Lamar’s MVP season. A mobile QB’s career is likely shorter, so it’s important that they take advantage of a healthy Tua and Tyreek Hill.

I thought they might trade Bourne or Harris. Would have been nice to unload some of the dead weight in Agholor or Jonnu Smith, but those guys have negative value at this point considering their contracts and lack of production. Really hated those signings from the beginning and they are making nearly $30M/year combined.  I didn’t expect them to make a big splash as they are a mediocre (at best) team right now.

Yeah, I guess they're not really going anywhere this year. But they spent a lot last year in free agency, so I thought that Bill might want to do at least a little something to try to make those signings pay off this season. But I guess the rebuild slowly, and wearily, goes on.
