The Broncos signed Wilson to a 7/245M extension and he looks cooked and also has said a lot of bizarre/weird stuff in the media during interviews or postgame pressers.

I think a lot is coming out about Wilson that most of us never realized.

I still consider him a winner and a great QB overall but at the same time I never thought he was a Brady/Rodgers/Peyton Manning-like talent even when others thought so, and frankly it seems like even his best days were a result of that Legion of Boom defense (2013-2016).

The Seahawks O-Line was certainly bad too, yes, but Wilson might just be a solid-but-not-elite guy.

Pete Carroll's a good coach and look at how the Seahawks are looking this season with Geno.

I don’t know if it’s necessarily a reflection upon his legacy. He’s 34 soon, and has been the most sacked QB in the last decade. I think it might just have caught up to him physically.

Wilson appears injured.  For the last 5 years or so he has been the best deep ball thrower in the sport, and he just can't do it this year.  Guys obviously get worse with age, but it isn't like this.  So I'm guessing Wilson has a real and actual injury, that he just needs to get fixed (by either rest or a procedure).

He is injured. Has a torn lat in his throwing shoulder. Also now has a hamstring injury.

He is a running back after all and they don't usually moved the needle regarding who is and isn't a true Super Bowl contender. Having top notch running backs are great for fantasy football teams, but generally, not necessary for a real contending NFL team.

So I guess this begs the question, what type of running back deserves a first rounder at this point? 1st year or two Saquan? Do we think current Derrick Henry gets a first? The position has become so devalued over time.

He is a running back after all and they don't usually moved the needle regarding who is and isn't a true Super Bowl contender. Having top notch running backs are great for fantasy football teams, but generally, not necessary for a real contending NFL team.

He also plays like only half the eligible games in his career and since he has played all 6 this year, he is due for his annual injury.
