Any trade deadline rumors?  I would love to see the Pats pick up an offensive lineman.

I’m not seeing anything. Feel like they are going to be sellers, not buyers. Believe the deadline is 4pm ET today.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I personally wouldn't be surprised to see them do nothing. They typically stand pat or make minor additions at the deadline but never anything big even during the Brady years

Belichick is also not a "seller" at the deadline type guy. His competitive spirit doesn't allow him to purposely sell off players that can still help him win now for picks or the ability to lose more games for higher picks.

Most likely something minor is done or nothing. That's generally what Belichick does.

Got a bit dicey at the end but LOL he missed the FG.

I think Ehlinger is due for a turnover in the 2nd half and that should help us ice the game

Is this the week we finally stop the nonsensical insistent the patriots will win 6 games all years. I think at this point that warrants a warning for trolling.

As Nick has said all year teams with defense this good don’t win 6 games in a 17 game season with a fairly easy schedule.

Lol this guy needs to be cooking up some Caveat as to why the 6 wins wasn’t an actual prediction.

That might be the least inspiring 23-point win I've ever seen. Great defense, of course, though against a bad team, and the offense was once again basically NBF—nothin' but field goals. I really hope the offense learns how to do something, because right now it's unwatchable.

Hah!  Yes a most unsatisfying blowout.  Offense could look worse… could be the Colts.
It’s hard to judge how good the defense is but I hope they’re for real. But that offense won’t score v. decent defense - similar to today.   Mac needs time. I still don’t have a huge issue with their receivers - looking forward to Thornton breaking out at some point.  But Mac needs time - he’s panicked if he doesn’t get the ball out fast.  No picks today though.

On another note - what’s with Bailey? Some bad punting.
