Good win on the road versus a team some thought were pretty good.

Great win.

Is it fair to say that Zach Wilson kinda stinks? I’ve watched him earlier this year and wasn’t impressed. He laid an egg today. They have first rounders all over the offense.

I didn’t think Mac looked very good, and hasn’t really except for a couple rookie games. We might be able to win these games, but it’s going to be hard to play Buffalo unless they can run 1,000 times.

I think BB clearly should ride with Mac for the remainder of the year and hope for growth. Otherwise, he rightfully has a tough decision to make.

Btw- kinda tough to be a Jags fan. They finally got their guy and he might not be that good either!

Good win.  Defense won the game in the second half.

Offense was really bad today outside of that one drive right after halftime, but defense and special teams definitely showed up.

Folk was awesome as usual but man, Stevenson is proving to be a BEAST. 16 rushes for 71 yards AND 7 catches for 72 yards (combined 143 yards of offense). Scary thing is, guys like James White were lethal for the Pats but mainly as pass-catchers out of the backfield, but if Stevenson can be a dual-threat like this consistently he'll be one of the best overall RBs in the game soon. Glad to have him  ;D

Mac certainly has things to work on/improve but boy, look at how Zach Wilson looked today. And how has Trevor Lawrence looked lately? And these latter two were drafted #2 and #1 in their Drafts respectively. Yes, it can be a lot worse believe it or not.

Moranis just realized that the Pats are 3 wins away from having one of the worst takes of the year.
I've said for weeks they'd split with the Jets.  If they beat them in a couple of weeks that would change things.  I've been very consistent in my view of the Patriots i.e. they are bad offensive team that won't be able to keep up with the great offenses they play to close out the year.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I’ve enjoyed the back and forth and appreciate your consistency.

The schedule gets tougher, but you have the Pats losing 7 of their last 9 games. I think it’s reasonable for Pats fans to call this out.

All of those pining for Josh McDaniels might have a chance to see him again as OC in NE. Maybe as early as this season.

The Jets have had modest success this season in spite of Wilson. A good QB would help them a lot

It has to be frustrating for Jets fans that Geno Smith is better than Zach Wilson.

I have no issue if Pats fans disagree, it is questioning my motives and the personal insults that aren't necessary and don't provide for good discourse.

In a 17 game season, the schedule is just so important and I think the Patriots schedule down the stretch will prove too difficult for what I view as an overall bad team.  Maybe I'm wrong, but maybe I'm not.  The next couple of weeks will shed some light on that.

I still think Mac Jones is probably the best QB of that 2021 Draft Class. But yeah that class is not looking pretty. And as crazy as it sounds, Mac might have the worst coaching of those other QBs with Patricia/Judge (Fields is close with what he has with the Bears - not much)

Of course anything can happen aside from Pats running the table. They aren’t a good team but if they’d beaten the Bears last week instead of being destroyed by them, they’d be sitting at 5-3 and looking at 8+ wins.  But that loss was horrid and left me doubting.

Are you literally not following the nfl when you talk about the schedule? The raiders are absolutely terrible. Lost 24-0 today. The cardinals are a flat out bad team. The colts lost to the commanders with their not ready quarterback? How the heck is this so tough? This is why everyone says you are posting dishonestly. You assume the worst possible outcome for the patriots with the intention of riling us up. This shouldn’t be taken as a personal insult. It’s literally just what you are doing.

I think people are annoyed because you've constantly said they'll be a 6-win team (6-11) and predicted it, but you also keep moving the goalposts after each game. Do you disagree with that?

Yes I think they will be 6-11 at this point.  If they win games, I think they'd lose, I'd adjust upwards or if they lose games I thought they'd win, I'd adjust downward.  That is what you are supposed to do, adjust as results dictate it.
