This was seemingly the domino that needed to fall before focusing on Jaylen Brown. If we don't hear anything on an extension by Friday, I wonder if there could be a major trade.

I've never been a Grant fan but [dang] this bench is weak and the cs are 1 Tatum injury away from the play in tourney.  No depth.  I wonder if we see  brogdon deal for 2 bench pieces.  The cs now have plenty of minutes for a vet but the good ones are gone.

I'd say the C's are probably in better shape than any team in the league who loses their #1.

Kelly oubre anyone? Averaged 20ppg last year. Could be a scorer off the bench

The 2nd apron is a death sentence.

Could we use the trade exception on PJ Washington, with the right amount of picks?

Nope, we’re over the first apron, so no sign and trades.

We have grant’s replacement.

A g leaguer and a 19 year old rookie.
Neither of which can shoot

He's probably my first choice. I'm just not sure that he can't get better playing time elsewhere... But if he had really attractive offers he probably would have taken one by now so fingers crossed
I'm bitter.

I mean, I’d be fine with Oubre off the bench. He’s at least a proven NBA player, but isn’t he more of a wing (2/3) than a swing (3/4) like Grant? Feels like we need that more than another wing.

Multiple second round picks, for a productive 22nd pick??? Let’s not forget the Celtics had multiple teams interested in Grant Williams too.

What a joke, Spurs got a better deal than us lol
5' 10" former point guard

Career highlight: 1973-74 championship, Boston Celtics

Career lowlight: traded for a washing machine

Brad won’t take back salary because of the apron.

And Walsh was drafted to be grant’s replacement

The TPE was what we wanted, as well as to get under the second apron next year.
