Celtics get:
Derrick Jones
Kris Dunn

Clippers get:
Sam Hauser
Jordan Walsh
2nd pick

Think Jones & Dunn would fit good plus they are FAs after the year
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

It would hurt me to trade Hauser ...

But yeah, that is a good return. I'd do that deal.

We could start K Dunn and keep Pritchard off the bench. Or reverse it and start Pritchard to get more scoring into the starting lineup and use K Dunn as the backup guard. It would be great to have another rotation caliber guard / ball-handler. D Jones Jr could be a backup forward behind PG13 and Tatum. Hugo and Baylor competing for backup wing minutes.

Another trade proposal to dump Hauser. The disrespect!

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Better player: Derrick Jones Jr vs Sam Hauser

It has gotta be DJJ, right?

DJJ an above average defender. A below average but adequate offensive player. Provides enough shooting to give some spacing. Good in transition. Good cutter. Athletic. Can defend SG, SF, PF.

Hauser an above average offensive player thanks to his terrific and prolific outside shooting. One 3 pointer taken every 4 minutes every year of his career. One of the most prolific outside shooters in the league on a per minute basis. A slightly below average to average defender at SF. A below average defender at SG or PF.

DJJ doesn't get played off the floor in the playoffs by superior athletes. He can cover quick athletes like Edgecombe. He isn't targetted on switches. I'd see that as the edge for DJJ over Hauser.
