Just finished bingeing both seasons of Silo, and it's really good. The season 2 finale was awesome.

Apple TV+ has built up a pretty good catalogue of shows. Severance, Silo, Ted Lasso, For All Mankind, Slow Horses, Mythic Quest, Foundation. All very good to elite in my opinion.

I watched the first episode of Ted Lasso but wasn't feeling it. Just watched the first episode of Severance, which came highly recommended, and I was feeling that it was a bit slow going, but it got quite good at the end, so I'll probably continue with it.

If you're into the Godzilla-Kong Monsterverse, you'd probably enjoy Monarch on Apple TV+.

Severance is a great show. Takes a few episodes, but it gets really good.  :D

First season of Ted Lasso was decent, but I thought it went downhill fast.

Im curious - Is anyone here watching the new season of White Lotus? Many people I know are indifferent to it, or just straight up don't like it. I personally think it's the best season so far.

It takes place in Thailand and eastern religion/philosophy is featured prominently, and juxtaposed against western ways of thinking in quite a brilliant way. It's also extremely funny and well-written.

Drive to Survive is back. It?s a fun show that goes into the drama of Formula 1. It?s cool watching it now as the new Formula 1 season begins with what is a very exciting year.

Also saw a show called Little America on Apple. It?s about stories of foreigners in the US, mainly immigrants, and based on true stories. People may think it?s woke because it?s basically giving a voice to immigrant but I thought it was cool. The only episode I saw so far was about a Hispanic girl that goes into squash and I thought the story came out nice and realistic.

I'm watching it.  I agree it's the best season so far.  the series does a good job of making pretty much every character unlikeable so that it's a disappointment at the end when the dead person's revealed and it's not who you hope it is.

Watched first two episodes of Adolescence.  Brilliant.

As a parent of a preteen boy, that first episode was hard to watch.

A hard watch for sure. And the depiction of kids and teachers in a Northern England school may be accurate (???) but doesn?t depict middle-high school in my experience.  But the social media situation should scare everyone.  Smart phones in the hands of 10-15 year olds is not a good idea.

Severance was amazing and I can't wait for the 3rd season.  I am currently watching Outlander, originally started 11 years ago.  Every season (I'm currently in the 6th of 7) gets better.  If you have the time it is well worth it.  Check it out online.  Oh, and they have announced an 8th season is in the making.

I found the first season of Severance to be amazing.  I thought that most of the story involving the main team was very good in season two, but I thought that there were sidetracks that didn't work that well.

In terms of current shows I'm watching, so far I'd recommend Daredevil Born Again and 1923.  Neither are perfect, but I think they're both really well done.  Oh, and Reacher.  I see that one as mindless entertainment.  It took me awhile to get into the stiff, forced way that the lead actor presents the character (is it bad acting, or is Reacher just that way in print?), but after embracing that aspect of the show it's a pretty fun watch.

I've also recently started watching Narcos.  I find that one to be interesting and entertaining, while fully understanding that it's not a history documentary.

The Invisible Pilot on HBO/Max

About a 1977, small-town crop-dust pilot, Gary Betzner, who faked his own suicide and eventually went into drug smuggling,
eventually working with the likes of Pablo Escobar. Fascinating series.
