Peaky Blinders is good. I?ve had a hard time following some of the story lines and the accents also cost me some dialogue (even with subtitles), but overall a well-acted, good series.  Cillian Murphy is great and Tom Hardy is brilliant (not sure when his character made its first appearance).  Worth a watch - took me a while to get into it but glad I persevered.

Just finished the first episode of American Primeval and this show looks pretty good. It may be over the top of the dramatization of what America was like in the Midwest in the mid 1800s but I found it very good.

I'm halfway through Season 2 of The Leftovers on HBO.  So far it's definitely been worth the watch.  To this point, I'm surprised it only lasted three seasons, but I guess it probably wasn't getting big audience numbers.

It gets pretty watered down and lost IMO.  It's too bad because it started off fantastic.  Still worth finishing.

I loved Peaky Blinders, but it is a hard follow.  I also love Radiohead and enjoyed the weirdness of playing their music in a different era.

I finished up American Primeval on Netflix a couple days ago.  I enjoyed it.  I'm a sucker for a good western, and this was very good.  Not groundbreaking, but very good.

So I finally got the chance to watch Severance in time for the new season...very impressed. Binged Season 1 and caught up to Season 2. Gripping.

Going to re-watch Silo Season 1 again too because I forgot what it was about, and I don't want to be confused watching Season 2  :police:

Almost shut it off, but I finished the season. Finale was decent. 2 episodes into the most recent and it?s been better. Soundtrack is really good.

I just watched the first episode and enjoyed it. There?s a lot of genres of shows I don?t really give a chance that I know are of good quality . Like Apple TV?s Shrinking. I?ll watch that with my wife because she enjoys it and I appreciate it but I kinda? stick to dramas or suspense with action IN them.
It can be historical or fantasy but not just people shooting each other for an hour and a half. I really like sci fi and fantasy when done well but I feel like more than 9 out of 10 times it?s pretty bad.
I?m looking forward to Blood of Zeus season 3 . I love mythologies.

I love R.E.M.  I don't know how a band that has sold that many records can be underrated, but they are.

I can't even remember how many seasons of the Bear there have been.  If I'm remember correctly, I liked the second season.  The third season was very well done in some aspects, but it didn't really advance the story a lot.

The Christmas episode of Season Two is incredible television.  I think its one of great episodes of any TV show.

I've been watching Mad Men, which I had never seen previously.  I just started Season 5.

My primary thought is...  I don't know why I enjoy the show.  It's interesting as a look into the 60s, yes.  But the characters are almost all horrible people.  Not just "flawed", but verging on terrible human beings.  And, they don't have the charisma of a Tony Soprano.  But, there's something compelling about it, because I keep watching.

Second, it took me awhile to realize that the daughter is the same actress who played Sabrina in the Netflix show.  For a child actress she was quite talented.
