that's it guys, keep clanking those 3's.  it's worked so well for you thus far

It’s like a variation of the hack a shaq. Teams are letting us shoot threes until proven wrong. At what point will our guys realize that it’s better to drive the ball sometimes!
I suspect at this point of the season, it's becoming a gameplan against this team.  I know the stat geeks like Brad hate 2 point shots but if they take 2 steps in from the 3 point line and can hit those, that's a lot of points we'd have that we don't have now.  just floors me that this team's coaching philosophy for so many years has been jack a 3 unless you can get a layup/dunk.

You have to have shooters for that to work.

Story of the season.  Keep doing what's not working.

The team shoots well from 3pt once every 4 games. And after they have that good game, Ime thinks they can be a high volume 3pt shooting team. It’s like Marcus Smarts 3pt shooting. He will go off a once in a blue moon. “When I take great shots, I’m a great shooter.” No, you are not.
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

from the 2nd quarter on it is has kind of been hard to watch from the C's.
way too many 3s, not passing enough, not getting to the rim, not drawing fouls, bad rotations from the coaches and lazy def.

this isn't how we are supposed to play

The quick team is beating the slow team....
OK new theory: C’s lack conditioning.  They can’t sustain it on defense.  They are tired so are clanking shots. They have a good game followed by a bad one. They don’t play hard all the time.

Widen the rotation instead of shortening it.

Stat geeks love the midrange lol, it's much more nuanced than 'hurr threes > twos':

It’s the modern NBA, not just the C’s.

JB had the baseline to drive but chose to shoot another 3 despite being cold.

For all the good threes we took and missed in the first half, we're just chucking up lazy, bad threes now.

Woooowww. That blown 3 on 1 fastbreak is the epitome of our season. Schroeder forcing it instead of passing behind him for the easy dunk for Brown.

unfortunately it is.  not a fan of the current product.  I truly miss good low post offense.
