it almost looked like Brunson hyperextended his knee when he got hit in the leg by a Suns player who was falling out of bounds...yikes.

Dang.  Didn't realize GS and Dallas finished with a better record than the Celtics.  Thought they'd have homecourt advantage if they advance.

I have family in Phoenix, plus a friend who supposedly has Suns connections, was hoping for a Celtics/Suns finals, as I'd have a place to stay for free plus possibly a way to actually get in the building without paying through the nose.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Yeah, that lousy loss on KG’s number retirement could be big.

That was a tough home loss in the middle of our hot streak. Luka scares me a bit if we meet them in the finals.

Mavs need a legit #2 option to be contenders. I don’t see them getting past the Warriors. McCollum would have been a good fit. Dude just gets buckets and he’s an underrated passer. Can’t think of many realistic options. Maybe Beal?

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I’m taking them against GS. Both teams will play small and live by the 3. I think the Mavs are just a little more tougher though.

what I found interesting in the just completed round of playoffs is how the talking heads at the networks kept going on and on about how teams that win game 5 of a series tied 2-2 go on to win the series something over 80% of the time and 2 teams beat those odds --> Celtics and Mavs.

warriors have the depth and experience -- not sure which team I'd hate to face more for the title --GSW with their ability to shoot at a ridiculously high rate or the Mavs with Doncic's history of hitting a ridiculous shot to win a game against us

Not this Warriors team with so-so depth. If Klay shows up(he’s been looking suspect) they probably win.

I want to see Dal vs Bos finals. New blood.
The 2 best teams in the 2nd half of the regular season, and both come back from 3-2 down to defeat the defending conference champ.

Luka vs Tatum for the crown. I think we have the defenders to at least give Luka some problems. Smart, white, Brown, Tatum, horford, and Grant can all take shots trying to wear him down...
