I'm going for the best player available on the board.

With the 2nd pick of the 5th round, the Milwaukee Bucks select De'Aaron Fox.

He'll be my 6th man. He's an uber athletic PG who thrives in the open court. The exact opposite of CP3. He's the perfect backup to keep CP3 fresh for the playoffs.

Was wondering which route you'd take. With the way this draft has developed, going with a 6th man before filling out the starting lineup is a pretty reasonable decision. Very interesting.

The Warriors are planning to rework the deck a little bit, hopefully for the better. We select Olympic champion Jerami Grant to bring more versatility to our team. Grant is a plus defender at multiple positions with great length who has proven he can shoulder the offensive load of a team, but is clearly much better served as a high-end complementary option.

With this addition, the Warriors are able to mix and match based on the situation. We're likely to start Grant and Adebayo together in the front court for a highly effective defensive duo who balance each other via floor spacing and ability to attack the rim. We also think against many teams we can run a secondary lineup with our likely sixth man superstar Ben Simmons playing point center alongside Grant while Bam sits. Of course, Grant's ability to shoot means our first five picks can play together (Curry, Brogdon, Grant spacing the floor for Bam and Simmons to attack) with incredible defensive versatility between Grant, Simmons, and Bam to guard down to the shooting guard position, but we like Simmons off the bench to mix and match the puzzle pieces.
2023 Historical Draft: Toronto Raptors

Point Guard: Anfernee Hardaway, Fat Lever, Terrell Brandon
Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey
Small Forward: Marques Johnson, Danny Granger
Power Forward: Jermaine O'Neal, Bobby Jones, Kiki Vandeweghe
Center: Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka

Me too. When I made my draft list, I thought he'd be gone by the end of the 4th round.

I like this pick. Was hoping he would fall to me, but unfortunately not.

Jerami's a great pick. Really good value this late. I've been wondering where he'd get selected.

Nice, I had him as a 5th round tier guy. Versatile defender, can take the backseat as seen in Denver, but can also score when needed.

I have to admit I have no idea where I am going with this but I am selecting another all-offense player in Michael Porter Jr.

Gawd, I feel bad for poor old Gobert trying to cover all these guys.

Another guy who I had a hard time placing. His scoring is super efficient, and he could easily be have a breakout season next year.

Argh, I wanted him to keep building my nightmare offensive match-ups! Nice selection, your team is very hard to guard
