I am good with getting Smart out of town. I too am sick of his overall game. Send him to the west coast tho please.

Scrolling through twitter it seems like the Celtics want to try to get Lonzo Ball but also want to try to get Patty Mills but also Marcus Smart is a pillar of the team so he's not going anywhere but also Stevens is fed up with him so he'll probably be traded but also the Celtics just got Kris Dunn to play pg but also he's not going to be staying around for long but also none of this matters because it's going to be a bridge season to next summer when they actually make there move to be in contention.

It's all very clear.

We're GETTING THE ALL!!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHA!

Well-done TP.  You've summarized the entire off-season in ONE sentence.

Marc Stein saying Cavs will offer Jarrett Allen $100mil over 5 seasons.

I really do not like the J.Allen & Mobley pairing. Get rid of Allen and let Mobley play center. Sticking him at PF is a bad idea. Having them share playing time at center is a bad idea. Do not put road blocks in Mobley's way.

NOLA, Chicago, and Charlotte reportedly working on a Lonzo S&T. Really wish we could be in on that Lonzo S&T possibility. Think he’d be a great fit next to the Jays.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Sets the market for R Williams extension, although there is no way the Celtics offer him those terms.  He will become a RFA next season, that seems to be pretty clear, so that Celtics can maintain roster flexibility.

I think it all depends on what happens this year with Timelord's growth and can he stay healthy.  If he continues to get better, stays healthy all year, cements himself as a full time starter I could live with $20 mil a year for him.  With a little improvement this year he is better than J Allen.  He has such an impact on the game when he plays.

So what do you think he is worth?  I mean after the Nets series, you had KD and KI both saying that he completely impacted the game when he was in there.
It isn't just guys here on CS that this he is a game changer.
What is a fair number?

That'd be straight up embarrassing if we wouldn't come close to that deal.

SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington

Well if those reports are accurate, the contract should be voided, no?
