Hayward’s best option is to stay in Boston
why? Because we want him to.  He isn't going to win title here, he gets a ton if hate because of the contract and injuries, and Boston just isn't a great place to live.
Disagree about him not winning a title here, and can’t comment on living in Boston being an Australian, but he does get a boatload of hate and he doesn’t live in his home state. Think Robyn would be very much pro-Indy

Yeah, I mean unless he goes vet min and full-on ring chasing, he's got no better shot of winning a title than here.

The place to live thing is fair. Indy isn't necessarily a Miami or LA, though it is "home" to him. I think the fans stuff is overplayed, though, as every fanbase has its bad apples. The more passionate ones are just bigger and more noticed.

How the heck Rockets get woods? Where is this imaginary cap space coming from?

Sign and trade?   Maybe him and Blake for Westbrook?   (Completely making this up with no idea about money)

I think it's a S&T with Ariza
I'm bitter.

Per Marks, the Houston Ariza trade to the Pistons hasn't been completed yet.

Tick tock, Danny.

What other notable guys are still out there on the market?

Probably went out the window when he was offered over $20m a year!

He can probably go Vet Min for a couple of seasons after this and ring chase hard

Surprised that with all the big man activity, Baynes still out there. Maybe he’s just waiting for the “right” team...

Yeah 20 million a year is a lot of money (this contract would put his career earnings over 200 million btw).

Yeah, it's easier to say you'd take less to contend than it is to turn down $60+ million

The Josh Smith waive and stretch finally came off their books so they had an opening to fill.   ;D
