He looks terrific so far. Really nice job varying his speeds and knowing when to attack/how to use his body.

Would love to see him beat out Teague for that backup point guard spot by the time Kemba comes back.
teague is now on a 0-14  streak (or more after tonight) on 2 point shots. he just might play himself out of the rotation.

TP to tr1boy for quote.

Jaylen Brown takes the words right out of my mouth.

Tonight with the ball he's dribbling around like it's a PAC 10 semi final against USC...into the lane....back outside...looking for a move.

We're excited! The whole Celtics team is excited. Look at the new kid! He's running the floor! He's played 88 minutes in the NBA! He's good!

He can hit shots!

he should improve when his finger is healed .  he is tuff customer .

i feel good for my team when he is in a he game ,    knowing somebody is playing IN CRONTROL and focused on a team effort.

Good point. Pritchard is a glue guy that makes winning plays.

I don't watch college, were people low on him because they thought he'd be bad, he had a low ceiling, or because they thought he was just picked too high?

To me, it looks like C's have drafted a legitimate NBA player at #26 and I just see that as good value regardless of age. Obviously I have the benefit of hindsight, I'm curious if he's outperforming expectations though for those who were disappointed with the selection.

He put Holiday and Sabonis on skates.

PP handles and change of pace is sick.  Its very Kyrie ish

But his overall game demeanor is VanVleet. Which is great

Um... what?

PP can shoot it all day with deep range but he gets abused on D

Rondo was an ace defender but a non-shooter

They’re both steady and poised on the floor but skillset-wise, they’re like opposite players.

I am still prudent on him, as he could already be at 80-90% of his potential (passed already a big gap last year) and it is still the beging of the year. But yes he is a good player for sure, with a beautifull syle and IQ. Refreshing player.
I thought it was a mistake not taking Maledon who flt to much, but I get that to have a competitive team this year he was probably the good choice.

Why eight mile?  ???

lol that did not take long he does look like Slim Shady. That is better than 'NBK'. lol

In case you did not get it. Slim Shady is Eminem the rapper and '8 mile' I believe was the movie based on his life. He also played himself in that movie.
