Measurables are overrated; benches across the NBA are littered with disappointing players w/ excellent measurables.
Body language, like ring generalship in boxing, is a much better indicator of who's who. Who knows what to do with/without the ball on offense and defense weighs a lot more than measurables. Pritchard is decisive on offense, making the quick dribble/pass/shoot decisions; and he works hard on defense.
The play where Teague passed to PP on the wing, he penetrated, forced the defense to collapse, and passed it back to an open Teague is a not a rookie-level play. He's advanced for a rookie and it will earn him minutes early in the season. If he shoots at a decent clip (+37% 3P) and can guard 2s well, he's a rotation mainstay even when Kemba's back.
