Some other thoughts;

- Like what Philly is doing. Very strong starting 5
-  Really interested in the next picks for GSW, POR, & DAL go to fill out their starting 5s.  Some real promise with all of them.
- Count me in that boat that questions how well Hakeem & Yao would work together.  I'm skeptical
- I know UT has Jordan but, IMO, have an uphill battle building a starting 5 comparable to a lot of the other units out there.

Couple things:

@action...I am not sure which trades you want to talk about. Completed trades, talk all day. Proposed trades between other teams because you think players already drafted would look on other teams, I think that isn't a great idea to do publicly, but via PM, not in public, sure.

Got it!

Because we are doing two rounds today, and because I have not received one draftboard from anyone and because we have a few people spread out all across the world, I am making an executive decision to open the draft early today. I am hoping not to have to skip picks by starting this early and getting ahead of ourselves a bit.

So........

ROUNDS 5 AND 6 ARE NOW OPEN

@Nick, I pick last in round 5 and then first the next round.  Can I pick both players at once or do I have to wait for you to reopen the draft between rounds?  Same for the rest of the draft.

Appreciate it! I also sent you a draft board in case I have to hit the sack in the middle of the draft.

Whew, I had such an unexpectedly busy day yesterday. Sorry if I caused any confusion about the trade. So my reasoning for the trade is... pretty much exactly what Nick/Roy said. I just really loved AD's fit on my team. Another thing I looked at was the amount of fantastic wings left that coulld give at least close to what Dr. J could give you (like Vince). I felt AD was more valuable then Dr. J, in that regard. Now on the picks... eh. Just gave the pick that'd get the trade done. I'm confident I'll be able to fill out my bench with either pick. I don't really see much of a difference in value.

With the 1st pick in round 5 of the 2019 CS Historical Draft, the Utah Jazz select:

Dennis Rodman

High-impact and low-usage is what we were looking for around a bunch of HOFers.  Unsure the season yet or if we'll play him at SF or PF, but the flexibility is nice for now.
