Orlando feels like a team that is starting to figure it out. Kind of like New York or Cleveland last year, they might be that "rising" team in the East along with Indiana this season. Wouldn't surprise me if they made it to the play-in and 7/8 seed

Yes, and imo they have a higher ceiling than the Knicks did. The Magic have more talent and a deeper, more versatile roster

Gordo hasn’t exactly been helping. Single digit scoring in each of the last 3 games. C’s definitely dodged a bullet when he left for Charlotte.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

So Daniel Theis was bought out by Indiana and signed with the Clippers. He would have been the perfect third center for Boston.

He just hasn't been a very good player since his injury. Sad to see, but true.
Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time.

But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.

Lamelo feels like he would be a much bigger player if he wasn't playing for the hornets.

Honestly their team roster doesn't seem too bad. Why is their record so bad?

THeir offensive is average but their defense is bottom of the league.

They have had some absences too. Miles Bridges is only just back from his suspension. Terry Rozier has missed 8 of the 13 games. Those are two of their top 4 players.

LaMelo played like a dog to open the season. First five games he was shooting 29.7% from the field on high volume shot taking. Since then he has been awesome but hard to win when your best player is playing that badly (for the first few games).

Their rookie Brandon Miller has been all over the place as well. Sometimes good rotation player and efficient. Other times looking like a non-league player. Bouncing back and forth like a yo-yo.

Plus, their bench sucks. Their top 4 has typically been pretty good at least when healthy over the last few years but their bench has always gotten them in trouble. Cost them about 10 wins a season. Probably be the same again this year.

The Bucks beat the Wizards last night 142-129, which is honestly the way they beat a lot of teams last year too. Trying to outscore them. To their credit they can do it pretty well against most teams, but when they face good teams they'll get shredded on defense often.

Big game this Wednesday. C's coming off a tough loss too. Wouldn't be surprised if they play everyone and go hard for this game. We can talk about Giannis and Lillard, but I don't see who on Milwaukee can actually stop Tatum and even our guards. Holiday was the closest thing they had in the past, and Middleton is no longer the same guy
