In this NBA, that's 100% a flagrant. That's pretty dangerous to hit someone in the head on the fast break.

In the playoffs, I'd rather just let them play on if it's a basketball play without malicious intent.  Not going to complain if we get the flagrant though of course.

Not a fan of that ATO play.  Brad's ATOs have been sorely lacking this series.  That and/or Pacers know them and are defending them beautifully.
