Uh, yeah, that was all head. If Tatum did that to Joseph, that's easily a flagrant 1. That's textbook flagrant foul, though after the display of incompetence we've seen today and them letting Embiid's stuff go the other day who freaking knows.

In the playoffs, I'd rather just let them play on if it's a basketball play without malicious intent.  Not going to complain if we get the flagrant though of course.
