Unbelievable...what a guy

joins enemy #1 and #2?

Put Rondos Celtics jersey in here....

Players are supposed to be loyal to teams that trade them too now? Yikes.

This is your binkie huh?

I hope he and his Lakers get pounded by GSW

You don't join the Lakers after wearing a Celtics jersey

No, I'm just tired of all the moaning and groaning about players not being loyal. "Oh no, Kyrie won't commit right this second." "Rondo - who hasn't been a Celtics in 4 years, signed with the enemy."

Players don't owe loyalty to anyone, not franchises and certainly not ones that traded them. This is a business. Lakers offered Rondo the most money, he took it.

Then why did Rondo go off on Ray Allen for joining the Heat?

its almost the same sheet....in some ways worst..

Its like a Redsox joining the Yankees and vice versa. You just don't do it

These are, like, not even close to being analogous lol

This is the summer of huge moves for the Lakers. They just acquired four former/current all-stars and NBA champions in a span of 24 hours.

No more disappointments of them giving max contracts to Timofey Mozgov and Luol Deng lol.

I mean, I guess that’s one, irrationally positive way to look at their recent acquisitions lol

getting former stars isn't impressive

Greg Monroe, IT, and others are still available for the minimum. Does anyone even want them?

Tell me how IT's hip is going to be looking as he goes forward, and I'll be able to answer that for you.

Rondo is a top playoff PG... just needs three HOF shooters on the court with him who play tough defense. I'm sure Magic has that taken care of....? Now for the important part,

You know?

I don't think Leonard is going to the Lakers.

They're going to trade him, so where is he gonna go? You know Ainge has been lying through his teeth on this. He offered Irving...duh. I'm sure he has offered Brown....I get that he has to have a long term deal...Leonard is not going up in value this week....anybody notice?

Spurs have to trade Leonard for some freaking asset and it's not the Lakers? I can't buy that Pop is going to take Lonzo ball and whomever for his top 5 player. The Lakers don't have a draft pick to trade do they?

I know Rondo news is big around here, but, where is Leonard going and what is the package?

Is there another team that has even mentioned Leonard this week?

If Boogie is signing for $10 million, we should sign-and-trade Morris, Nader and Yabu for him.

I know he's one your binkies, Roy, but if Danny and Co. weren't interested when he was healthy, I doubt they'll be interested in him now.

Gambling on an All-NBA player for spare parts? I’d do it.
Yeah, I'm disappointed that Danny hasn't even considered Boogie. This will be the 2nd time, Boston missed out.

Missing out on what? The guy is a proven loser and probably won't play many games this year.

and join forces with LEBRON!?

Who knows what kind of special Rondo is smokin these days

Lebron has always been a big Rondo fan.  If Rondo gets a couple of shooters, look out!
He continues to lead wherever he goes.

Good for Rondo.
I don’t get why people are upset and making an issue of “loyalty”.
Loyalty is a concept for fans that helps to keep bodies in seats of arenas for losing teams.
Loyalty does not and should not matter for paid entertainers. That’s why LeBron went to Miami and now LA. It’s not strange for Rondo to do the same.
Celtics fan for life.

Even guys like Nick Young have a ring. That's not saying much.
