Nope, and I can’t understand the logic.

Zion is way too overhyped here. He’s basically Randle right now... AD isn’t waiting around for him to develop.

Knicks and Lakers have picks 3/4 in a 2man draft. If we want AD he’s ours. Ainge is probably pumping his fists as we speak.
Except I predict Zion will average 20-10 next year and a decent shot at the all star game.

Think Davis still wants to be traded. Zion is going to take time to develop.

Griffin will have to ask self: How do I build team around Zion? Tatum is obviously a good complement to his game. Obviously will take than that to get him.

Or does he take Ball, Kuzma and Ingram plus the 4 pick from the Lakers?

I'm not saying we beat that package, but Lonzo Ball literally said he wouldn't play for the Pelicans and comes with a lot off off-the-court drama. Ingram also has blood clot issues now. Is it really that enticing when you factor those two things in?

Okay? Does that carry them a playoff spot?

Boston has no leverage other than multiple first round picks.

Lakers and Knicks can put together a better package than Boston can.
which Lakers package is better? Ball is garbage and said he wont play in new orleans . Ingram has a disease. #4 is the same as #10 in this weak draft

As a second fiddle to Davis?  Sure.

A very injury-prone point guard who can't shoot, an inefficient almost 24 year-old scoring wing and a guy whose NBA future is questionable, plus the #4 pick? Doesn't sound too enticing

Davis being a Rich Paul guy and a UFA after next season throws the wrench. Do the Lakers wait it out and keep players?

Do the Knicks offer Knox, the 3 pick and the future 1's to the Pels?

Does he stay put?

I still think the Celtics can beat that offer.  In theory Davis should only want to stay in New York if they acquire a couple of max free agents.  This would mean that the future number 1's don't hold much value.  Either way it's going to be a crazy off-season.

Ingram is a pariah on the trade market with his health concerns, and I don't consider the 4th pick to be that much better than the 9th or 10th pick in this draft. If they didn't accept the deal before, I don't see why they would now.

Well now Pelicans can offer Davis a super max and play with Zion or trade Zion for whoever Davis wants to play with. Big win for the Pelicans.

So realistically...

Knicks--Knox, #3 and future Dallas #1s

Celtics Tatum, four #1s and other pieces

NO just keeps him

So basically Julius Randle? Even before making Davis play less minutes that team wasn't sniffing playoffs, and you're just substituting one 20-10 guy for another

They can trade Zion for almost anyone Davis wants to play with.

Why? They’re still the same as last year, they added a rookie.

Yep, outside of his athleticism, Zion is pretty average from a skills perspective. I think he'll have a decently rough transition into the NBA when he's facing elite talent and guys who are much bigger, faster, and stronger than in college. He'll be good, don't get me wrong, but it will both take awhile and he'll have to develop more well-rounded skills to get anywhere near his ceiling.

I think Davis is still traded and Griffin starts from the ground-up with the team. A highly skilled prospect like Tatum becomes really valuable next to a guy like Zion, and they'll want a good vet or two to help build the culture around those guys.

Something like Tatum, Williams, the Memphis pick, the Sacto pick, one or two other picks, and a vet for salary becomes a really good fit for NOLA. Ideally, I think you work out a deal where we sign-and-trade Rozier as part of that vet salary filler, but ultimately I think it's probably someone like Smart that goes.  :(
