Uh, no, no he didn't. Maybe if he wasn't insisting on "Brinks trucks" all the time he would've had a better shot of staying. Can't expect Danny to just keep IT when he knew that he was both (a) injured, and (b) not going to pay him the big contract that he wanted.

We sent him to the reigning Eastern Conference champs. If anything, it was Cleveland who screwed him over sending him to the lowly Lakers.

And this is why I say players should do what's best for them at all times. IT should've pushed for a restructure and extension when Boston had cap space. He lost out on millions because he was trying to be loyal to a franchise that was never going to return that loyalty.

Yeah, he's certainly in on this at least a little bit. I'm sure he is trying to go there now, as he wouldn't lose a half season on the Pelicans that way.

But I find it highly skeptical that he's solely sold on LA, especially if it happens in the summer with Lebron being even older, or even the summer after that. That would make no sense for AD to win.

Both Boston and NOLA know that all of this talk is Rich Paul driven and a ploy to get AD to LA. We are not deterred and still think we'll have both Kyrie and AD by the summer.
