Horford entered the league concussion protocol this morning, likely a result of a blow to the head delivered by Kent Bazemore during Monday's game against the Hawks.

Huge blow. Hopefully he is back on the court soon. Hes been our best player so far.

[dang]! I was worried about that when it happened.

He missed 9 games last year with the same issue. This is why we need to add another big fast. We're 12 fouls away from having to turn to Yabu.

Not good at all. If hes out for an extended time, we are in big trouble.

I hope this is just a precaution and nothing long term.

Morris, Baynes, Theis and Yabu will have to hold it down. Morris and Baynes will probably start.

Brook Lopez will score 30 and grab 17 boards tonight (it's amazing that he just turned 29, seems like he's been around for a loooong time)....and the Lakers will still lose after Kyrie goes off for 40.

Was worried about it when I saw it happen.

Hope it's nothing serious and he feels better.

Concussions are a scary thing. Everyone reacts differently.

A Greg Monroe buyout would come in handy right about now.

Always worrying when concussions happen again, hopefully he is able to recover faster this time.

Did this happen last year and he missed a whole bunch of games?  Or am I making it up?

Concussions are serious business and can be career threatening if one has too many.

Yes he missed 9 games last year right around this time. (late October early November)

Here's where it happened I think:

https://streamable.com/oinva

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Well, that's crappy news.  Really want to blow the doors off the Lakers on national tv.
