Danny Ainge folded and gave Cavs a 2020 second-rounder.
Now teams are going to rip off Danny Ainge when they deal with him in the future.

But the plus side is...Ainge became a lenient man again after having a reputation of fleecing a team for multiple first-round lottery picks.
it's a 2nd rounder...
come on
it's fine
Yeah, I mean the only reason we couldn't trade our '18 or '19 2nd round picks is because they were top 55 protected and we are now very likely going to lose them. Hopefully the '20 pick ends up in that same 56-60 range.
I absolutely agree that Ainge shouldn't have to given anything else up, but showing some good will - especially in an impossible situation dealing with immature little babies - may actually help him. Cleveland, on the other hand...well, they may never complete another trade again.
Edit: crap, I guess it's Miami's...bummer, but still pretty irrelevant. Just happy it wasn't a first.
