I'm sorry, but Shams Charania's Twitter feed is on fire with him looking like he's taking over Woj for the breaking stuff.

Great news for the Lakers pick, because they should be firmly ahead of the Lakers at this point with ZBo and Hill signed.

Now it'll just be down to Phoenix, who should be better than LA, and some of the Eastern Conference teams for competition of the worst in the league.

Smart moves. Getting some veteran pieces with lots of experience and good mentality, who still play at a high level on short contracts to teach the young ones. I'm impressed.

George Hill really miscalculated turning down an extension.  Utah allegedly offered over $20 million per year.

We want LAL to be 2nd worst so the pick conveys and Nets to be worst.  That gives us #1 and #2.

I mean, he's getting nearly the same money at $19M per year, just on a squad that won't win nearly as much as Utah.

However, we should be glad about this, because that might ultimately be what pushes Hayward here.

He turned down 4 years, $80m from Utah. He's only getting the first 2 years of his deal with Sacramento fully guaranteed.

Hill and Randolph went for the last paycheck. Kings have to give the money somewhere. The west is going to be loaded. These two don't like to lose. But we hope the do the following year. Hill not being a  Laker helps us with our pick, IMO he is better than Rondo.

I think signing Hill is a bad move from the Kings. He's a good PG who can lead some of this young talent. They'll win some games with that signing. They should really have been focusing on playing the youngsters a lot and losing as much as possible this season.

Zach Randolph is a signing I like more because I think he's washed. He'll be a nice presence for the team but won't get them more wins.

Otto Porter 4 years $106m to Kings. I assume Wiz will match.
