This is great for us. Not only will Washington almost assuredly match, but Porter was Utah's target with Hayward gone now. Now we might be able to get Favors for them for something like Crowder and AB.

That is a bloody brilliant signing. Big upgrade to their shooting ability. Get a PF in there so that Paul George doesn't have to play there. Good athlete. I love the quickness and athleticism from PG-PF with Westbrook, Roberson, George and Patterson. Let Adams man the paint behind all that size, length and foot-speed.

OKC still have two bigs problems holding them back from being a contender:

(1) Lack of big man passing = Adams + Patterson both deficient
(2) Lack of shooting at SG = doubly important due to Adams being a bad shooter.

But at least they'll be fun again next year.

I really don't think this moves the needle for them at all and they would have been better served adding a big for depth instead of another shooter. He only takes minutes away from Clark and Mccaw who were two of their more promising young players on cheap contracts. However, it is also fairly irrelevant also because they are so good they don't NEED anything.
