Harden is the most common comp.  I'd agree with that one.

Harden is a tad quicker/explosive vs Fultz

I say lillard, Roy... Chauncy?

Have you ever watched a NBA game? Billups? Are you kidding?

Thats why question mark... I know chauncy was a good shooter... Strong... Decent rebounder. Good bbiq combo guard

For sure fultz the craftier of the two, better ball handler

Physically, Fultz measures out similar to Dwyane Wade.  Here are their pre-draft measurements:

Wade (NBA combine):  6' 4.75" w/shoes, 6' 10.75" wingspan, 212 lb, 8' 6" standing reach
Fultz (Nike Hoop Summit):  6' 4.75" w/shoes, 6' 9" wingspan, 186 lb, 8' 6" standing reach

Some reports have indicated that Fultz' wingspan may now be over 6' 10", but I don't have a measurement that shows that.  The Hoop Summit was quite a while ago and he very likely could have grown since then so it wouldn't surprise me.    Obviously, he's not built like quite the bull that Wade was, but could probably pack on more muscle as he grows.  He's only 18 after all.  Wade was 21 years old when drafted.

Game-wise, Fultz' offensive skill-set is basically similar to James Harden or Isaiah Thomas.  He can score from all ranges on the court and in a variety of ways.  His body control is elite and freakish.  Beautiful form on his jumper.  Can shoot from range, drive and pull-up, drive to the hoop, drive to get fouls.  All of his offensive weapons project to the NBA.

Here's a pic of Fultz from a week ago.  He's already getting built.

McCollum, Roy, Harden, Arenas.

A big combo guard with great body control, stop start herky jerky moves, deadly pull up game.

Might be a decent defender or might be offense only.

I dont watch a ton of James harden, but I actually think Fultz is as explosive, if not more explosive than him.

Billups was a pass-first guard who couldn't create his own shot consistently (check his 41.5% career FG%). This is pretty much the exact opposite of what Fultz projects to be.

The only combo-ish thing about Billups is that at 6'3 and change, he was able to guard some SGs. That's about it.

In fairness, your arms look a lot bigger than they are if you take a picture with your biceps flexed right after pumping iron.

That, and... "fultznation", really?  ;D ;D ;D

The more I think about it, the more I also agree with the Roy comparison.

He's like a stronger Wade.  I don't necessarily agree with the Harden comps, although he's already a decent 3 pt shooter (41.3%).  The FT% is the only scary thing about him.  Also, I wish he was 6'6" so I could start hyperbolically comparing him to Michael Jordan.

Harden is a good one.  A Bradley Beal with some Steve Nash skills and pace.

Fultz looks like he will be able to score a ton.  He isn't very explosive- he looks very similar to Ball athletically.  But scoring looks very easy to him.  His shot looks great.  And as we know he can create great shots from every area on the court.   I think he will be the main man on a team in a few years, so I don't know how he and IT will work out long term, but [dang] they are going to be a nightmare for other teams to stop.  I think they can be more lethal than the Blazer and Washington guards.  It's going to be fun!

Ceiling: better version of John wall
Floor: cj mccollum

Fultz has a better shooting than wall and kyrie. Fultz has better rebounding and passing than kyrie, lilliard , and roy.
