I voted Rozier because Marcus has not demonstrated that he can shoot better.   I love Marcus's hustle and all the little things he does and his passing but he can't keep a defense honest.  terry has shown improvement, all this could change is Smart develops a reliable shot, though.   Time is starting to run out for him though.

I voted Rozier simply because he has a more well rounded talent set.

There is really noting that Smart can do that Rozier can't do.  Smart's greatest talents are his defense, rebounding and then passing.  Rozier can defend, he can rebound, and he can pass.

However Rozier has excellent handles, has elite athleticism, and is an excellent shooter - and Smart is poor in all three of those criteria.

Rozier can pretty much do everything on the court, he just needs time to improve/develop those areas.  Smart has significant holes in his game that I'm not sure he'll ever develop.

Sometimes I think because Smart is such a good and willing defender he gets put in tougher situations. If I had to guard Beal like he does I might not have much energy for offense either

Rozier has been doing an incredibly good job defensively on Wall throughout this series also, so that shouldn't be ignored.

I said this earlier in this thread, but the idea that Rozier is a great shooter is still a fantasy. He might turn into an excellent shooter and we've certainly seen flashes of that ability (this playoffs, he's been good) but he's still a career .306 three point shooter. He shot .318 from three this year. As of today, he is not even a reliable shooter, let alone an "excellent" one.

As for his passing, that's not really there either. It might just be his role on the team but he's not very good at creating offense for others. Certainly nowhere near the level of Marcus. But as of now, I'd put Rozier's passing abilities in the deficiencies column.
