every time this season when this team had a chance to make a statement with a big win they got punked. as soon as I heard about them dressing in all black I knew this was a loss.

they aren't that kind of team, which is why this series is over for them. not only did they get punked but they're clowns on top of it.

the wizards were one good run from us away from quitting and now we revitalized them and it's over.

Even Tommy think it is stupid

http://www.csnne.com/video/tommy-heinsohn-sounds-celtics-wearing-all-black
Maybe Tommy doesn't understand black culture in the year 2017. Maybe the team already knows when they are in DC it's them vs the world and they actually WANT the crowd to be hostile. Maybe the team knows they fell into a pattern they really want to break out of. Maybe they want to win one on the road and don't want to go home as losers.

Maybe by attacking the other team like this they take the focus of the other team off basketball.

I don't see this as the same as when the Celts showed up at the finals and there were balloons in the rafters. And actually even if there had not been balloons in the rafters I think they would have won anyway.

OMG....... black culture ?

Are you kidding me ? A huge part of the destruction of Black America is their supposed "culture." ........ where criminals are celebrated and doing well in school and having some character is seen as weak.

Jesus Christ, go away with this bull****.

If your first impression as an ignorant know-it-all on the issues plaguing blacks in America is to speak about "Black America" as some monolith that idolizes gangsters and pimps, you need to shut up and go sit down or go to Stormfront with that.

I disagree. They had their best game of the year in DC. DC needed a miracle to win on their own court. Better than getting blown out like the other games

This gives them motivation though it could light a fire under them. This was a stupid thing and if it was ITs idea he better back it up because he's been pretty terrible and scared to attack the basket.

Had a feeling it was either Crowder or Smart's idea.

Some of you sound like guys too scared to guarantee a Super Bowl win or to say you're the greatest and the prettiest and that you're gonna beat Sonny Liston.

Ooohhh nooooo. We caaann't wear all black! What if we lose? What will people think? We might make the other team mad.

Well, they came pretty close, after losing the first two in DC by lopsided scores.

What this suggests is a Celtics blowout game 7 in Boston. Hopefully.

Yeah I heard it was IT's idea.  And it seems pretty strange considering that he recently came from an actual funeral.  I guess he never had to put his clothes away.  The all black attire seems pretty corny to me.  And now Washington has even more reason to gloat.

This team is still young. KG and PP34 would not have allowed that if they were still in this locker room.
