I don't think I've ever complained about commentators being biased, but Anthony was terrible and biased last night.
He was analyzing the game from the Wizards' perspective (Hubie Brown is also notorious for this, but at least he switches sides, and usually roots for the team who is losing).
All game long Anthony kept commenting on what the Wizards had to do to hold a lead, get in the paint, etc. He kept reminding us when the C's had a 3-pt lead that "even though it feels like a huge lead, it's just one possession." LOL. It was like a player reassuring his teammates that they could still win.
And when Wall or a Wiz player did something good, he seemed to expect it, and gave detailed reasons why they can make plays like that. When the C's made a good play he acted more surprised, like he'd never seen Bradley make a ridiculous steal before or whatever.
As a writer this was pretty obvious to me, he was narrating from the Wiz viewpoint, I thought he did a really poor job. I hope I don't have to hear him again.
