Why are the Nets better then expected

This Brooklyn team sucks.

By the time New Years rolls around this team will still only have 8 or 9 wins or so. That would put them into the same winning rate as last year....or so. A 20 win Nets team is in the bottom 2-3 teams in the league. That's what's happening with these Nets this year

Instead of New Years I should have said mid-January. This Nets team is perhaps worse than I thought

Good call. I knew they'd start to lose a lot after their hot start, but I thought they'd have 11 or 12 wins by now.

We've been beating on the Nets here a lot today and now it's a one-point game at Toronto, even though Lin is still out and the Nets played last night. Karma might be out to get us.

they play their asses off and Lopez has been healthy and playing well...I think their issues in the past have been Lopez being injured 75% of the time...with that being said, they have zero chance of making the playoffs....  and we have at best a 25% chance of getting the top pick - [dang] u lottery system !!!

The Nets played harder last year under Lionel Hollins.

This year they just don't have much fight in them.
