Why is Terry Rozier not listed?  He is averaging 19 ppg and should be 7th among scoring leaders.

I see Dunn had a big game for Minnesota yesterday. I also see Maker (drafted #10 by Bucks) had a big game. Ainge may have made a mistake not drafting Dunn to keep. Maker is anybody's guess, but the physical attributes are there.

I was disturbed by Brown's first game with the Celtics. Watching him trying to jump thru the ceiling over 3 guys to dunk. Great stuff for ESPN highlights, but not typical Boston Celtics.

They showed Durant's first D-league game in '07.  Durant went to the basket a lot, scored a lot of points, but layups off the backboard. No showtime stuff.

Dunn was definately the better pick as far as a tradeable player but he may not have come here.  I think he said he would if he was drafted but he really doesn't fit here at all.  Maybe Ainge felt like he could deal Brown for a guy like Hayward if need be.  I think Brown was offered for Okafor.  Philly wanted Dunn. I'm a little surprised that didn't happen.

I hear what you are saying though about Brown. He isn't on Durant's level, but who is?

Good observations though.  Gave me a different perspective.

You're not alone.  To me they have been the most intriguing, along with Yabusele.  Jackson in particular has great handles, NBA body and can shoot.  IT can mentor him on what it's like to be a 'little man' in this league.  I hope he makes the team as a 3rd string PG.

Other than the fact that they are totally different players, Brown probably felt he had something to prove (he heard the boos on draft night). Durant on the other hand was the obvious choice at #2 and was Seattle's savior at the time. I like the fact that Brown was super aggressive and has a chip on his shoulder; obviously not something that can be said about Durant.

^ I just can't understand Ainge's rationale for choosing Brown over Dunn. I really can't. I'm trying to come up with one reason why he would make that decision, and like you crimson, I had Brown as a (distant) second option. It just makes no sense to me.

People said the same about Rozier last year. I think the coach wanted brown more than Dunn.
DA missed son JJ abd Fab but he done well.  E Moore we drafted in the second round just signed a big deal. DA knows guards bigs he not so well. Brown will have a better career than Dunn.
