Any updates for a weary traveler? I'm about to Columbus, Ohio with three hours to go. I don't want to miss anything. However, I'm almost out of data on my phone, and I'm way too much of a cheap arse to pay $20 for 500 MB...

Washington is pretty random. Makes me think maybe Durant considering home after all.

Per NBA league source, Hawks have upped their offer to Al Horford & added a 5th yr. Not 5-yr Max though

I wonder if they have a deal in place with milsap, if he is considering going back

Millsapp already told someone on nbatv that he would have to change his body to play sf.

Can he do that over 1 summer?

Still would be short a go to player , and don't have the assets the c's do to keep improving. Plus Howards health....

Us or DC.

Yesterday it was us or Atlanta, then us or OKC.  Notice that we're always in the top 2.

Honestly, Milsap might be better for us anyways. Trade Brown for Noel and convince Durant to sign a 1 + 1, and next year you'll have Noel's rights AND space for close to three max free agents.

Vertical Sources: Hawks still shopping Paul Millsap now, working contingencies should Horford want to stay. Sides still apart on contract.

It's like trying to break up with a girlfriend/boyfriend who just doesn't get it. Atlanta pleeeease go away. He clearly doesn't want to play there ::)

No. It's a Win-Win for us whatever he does. If he chooses Wizards, he's not serious about championships and thus we don't want him. If it was OKC, then that's a different storty. ATL too, but supposedly he 's not thrilled with D12 signing.

Atlanta needs to just suck it up and give up. You can't always get everything you want.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Detroit was the mystery team that made Al Horford's short list of visits, sources say, but he looks lasered in now on Celtics/Wizards/Hawks

Stop trying to make Noel happen. It isn't going to happen.

:P

I love how fans do the whole "If he doesn't sign here it's for the best because he's not serious about championships" thing.

Yep. Rationalize it however you want.

If Horford would make a decision he can put an end to this. I sense posturing.

So apparently OKC was never even an option?
