I'm not sure I would take either for the #3 after reading this...but I feel that Noels may be the better fit for us

There were several off-court incidents and a season-ending knee injury. The fit with not only Noel, but the 76ers' system itself was questionable. Philadelphia wanted to play fast, but often got bogged down with Okafor on the floor. For as talented as he is offensively, the Sixers were significantly worse on that end with him on the court, and they played at a much slower pace.
and Noel
Noel missed his entire first season in the league due to a torn ACL, but he showed his potential as a game-changing defensive talent when he finally did suit up for Philadelphia. He anchored a defense that was downright stingy with him on the floor in 2014-15, and he's posted historic block and steal rates as a youngster.
On the flip side, his offensive game is still elementary. He doesn't have much of a jump shot or a post game to speak of, so most of his value on that end comes off pick-and-rolls and attacking the offensive glass. At just 22 years old, there's still time to develop his offensive skills, but his ceiling appears to be capped because of that. The Sixers may be wary of shelling out a massive contract extension this summer for a player with knee issues and a limited offensive game.
