Maybe Atlanta loses Horford and the Hawks go all-in on a full rebuild, then Ainge can empty the cupboard in a three-way trade that nets Millsap and Noel.  This would happen after Horford signs elsewhere, so the Celtics would have used #3, although they could still trade draft rights.
Maybe Colangelo revamps the entire roster.

Hawks trade Teague for Noel
Bulls trade Butler for Okafor and Saric
Kings trade Cousins for the #1 pick
Celtics trade Bradley for Embiid

Then Philly convinces Horford to sign as a free agent so he can stay with Teague.

PG - Teague
SG - Bradley
SF - Butler
PF - Horford
C - Cousins

Lol.  I'm joking around, but seriously Philly has so many interesting options.  It's an ideal situation for a GM who wants to make a quick turnaround.

LB, you keep saying he's 27 which is correct. However, you forgot to mention that he's turning 28 in a week. This means that IF you do re-sign you'll be overpaying him for years 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 if you give him a 5 year deal. Very shortsighted deal for a decent player, but one that relies so heavily on his speed. Keep selling the process, though.

Can you imagine? That would be an awesome team in Philly. Kinda doubt they would move cousins for a second knucklehead but talent wise it's a good match. Colangelo will probably make a bunch of short sided moves a la the Teague trade and move into that 38-46 win range for a few years.

The team you listed is a top 3 team in the east
