Murray is Better than Ingram, he's the best Scorer in the draft.

 This team needs offense and Scoring. So I'm making the case to draft Jamal Murray. If we can move from three to four and pick up the 13th pick from The Suns than it should be a no Brainer.

 Ingram is a fantastic prospect but until he gains weight and strength he will be abused by anyone with muscle or a post game.

 It's Murray over Hield all day for these reasons. First a Historic freshman year  for Murray at 20 ppg and 5 rpg. Compare that to 8ppg and 4rpg for Hield.
 Murray just turned 19 Buddy is 22 and a half already.

 Murray can double as a scoring point guard he shoots first which is fine, but his handles, ability to create for himself and others blows Hield out of the water, and there shooting abilities are similar.

 Hield has a very specific role as a shooter, where with Murray he provides much more. Look at the possible combos with Murray.

 Smart
 Murray awesome because Smart needs help with handling and passing and Smart can guard the best offensive player.

 Thomas
 Murray weak on defense, but awesome shooters and scoring. Add Crowder for defense.

 Murray
 Bradley Murray can play point with this backcourt his BBIQ is underrated.

2. Creating for others/playmaking is a question mark since Tyler Ulis was Kentucky's PG and dominated ball-handling and decision making. Hard to tell whether Murray has that innate ability in him or not.
3. Murray is a good finisher around the rim, can get to the basket due to his frame and his perimeter shot makes defenders honor him. Helps him get to the basket if necessary.

But even if teams don't think he can be a full-time PG in the pros, he might be the best shooter in this draft. At 6-foot-5 with a 6-foot-7 wingspan and a very strong frame, he's big enough to play the shooting guard position.

Still, Murray's confident he'll be a point guard at the next level.

How does he compare to Devin Booker?  I don't have time to follow college ball, so correct me if I'm wrong. 

Coming out of college, Booker was regarded as a terrific shooter but his limitations included lack of length, subpar athleticism, difficulty finishing at the rim, and questionable ball handling.  As most people know, he had a terrific rookie year for the Suns, in large part because he's a good player, but also because Suns placed very strong emphasis on developing his skills.

Murray is about an inch shorter, has a smaller wingspan by about 1 inch (depending on which measurements you use), and supposedly has very similar strengths and limitations as Booker.  DraftExpress does list Murray's max vert at 39.5", while Booker's is listed at 35.5".

If Murray projects to be similar to Booker or better, I'd be pretty happy with that pick.

I don't think you remember Kevin Durant in college.  He averaged 26 and 11 for his one year, not to mention 2 steals and 2 blocks.  Ingram is a nice player, but KD had one of the best freshman seasons in history.  It's an insult to Durant and a disservice to Ingram to make that comparison.

Just him wanting to beat Pierre in the shooting, even though he put up solid numbers has me really looking at him. Just that small sample could make you think he has that "IT" factor. The competitive edge that makes players great. I mean maybe not Bird/Jordan great, but a fine player that will change games on the offensive end like Smart does on defense.
