I hear you.  After having someone fix one of my comments and put words in my mouth, when he didn't even read what I said, this team doesn't owe some of you anything.  How obnoxious.  I've read and listened to people here, and  honestly some of you aren't that bright yourselves to be criticizing this team like you do.

Are you talking about this?

Having Sully off the bench and Turner with the starting unit really makes very little sense.

Fixed.

Sorry if it came across the wrong way. I was just mad at sully so I kinda just wanted to make a statement that he just isn't working for us. I absolutely read your post, and though I didn't exactly agree with it, I didn't mean to put words in your mouth. It's my fault.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

It's alright.  It just came off that way yeah.  I was just saying that they are kind of playing out of their roles because of injuries though. I had a little brad stevens moment when I saw it is all. It was the 2nd time it happened.

Might be the Worst basketball game I have ever seen....the NBA is really awful right now....not much talent in the league.

Right I feel you. I probably shouldn't have done that. I also can see where you're coming from, about people not playing in their typical roles. But at this point, there's really nothing more we can do. Other than just continue to give it our all.

and also....we have to seriously question what IT is gonna bring this team in the playoffs.  He was a nonfactor against Cleveland last year and has been empty for us against Atlanta this year.
tonight, the hawks knew that the celtics had virtually zero outside shooting. so they sagged off the perimeter and packed the paint against IT. they pressured him and let the rest of the team pretty much alone.

the strategy worked. without other players to take the pressure off of him IT was stymied. it is as much a team flaw as IT's play.
Nah he's been getting a lot of the same looks he's gotten all year he's bricking wide open shots too. Good regular season player but until he shows something a complete no show in the playoffs when games matter.

Really do feel like it's a wasted season...All the guys who played so well all year---Pick NOW to either get hurt or play like dog poop (IT)....The future looked so bright a few weeks ago---and now we are exposed, like Ainge said we would be---bad timing on his part, to say this publicly when he did---seems like that's right when the team started to play like garbage.

No sh*t. It made absolutely no sense to start big again, yet you did and it ultimately cost us the game. We played even with them the rest of the way as soon as we went small.

I'm not a huge fan of brads responses after games. He seems so PC. I wish he would say something somewhat different and thought provoking once lol

He said that 2-3 weeks ago in an interview---That he knew we could be exposed in the playoffs--or something to that effect...kinda worrying he would come out and say things like that, when he should have just kept his mouth shut.

Maybe it's all strategy on his part:

"Yeah, Free Agents. I know we can get taken out of our game easily. I get that. But with you here, you would be our scorer. And we could go miles upon miles with you. Banner 18. Let's get it"

All I thought of when DA said that stuff was he will blow this team up if they don't get out of 1st round. Hope I was all wrong on feeling and thinking that.

well I am surprised he said it, but I do not disagree with what he said. The regular season was fools gold. We required all out play to win or stay in games when for the most part our opposition was cruising. I suspected that come playoff time we would be exposed.
