Not getting worked up, but no reason to want him to succeed in these playoffs when it could significantly impact his decision on whether or not to leave OKC.

Exactly, so if you're a boston fan, and want him to come to boston, why would you want him to have more success if OKC??

Because I think it's pathetic to wish that someone loses so you can get him on your team.

The fact that Durant has to wonder if Westbrook is staying or going will have a lot more weight then OKC beating the Spurs or not. Durant might end up by himself in OKC and he might not want to sign and take Russ's word that he will follow.

Also, me worrying if Durant wins or loses does not help align the planets so Durant loses. It has no bearing.

I'll just enjoy these games and if Durant balls his way to a championship, so be it.

And he could also just sign a 1 year deal with OKC and hit free agency with Russ in 2017, so that not only has less weight than this series, it has none whatsoever.

Also you rooting for the celtics has no bearing on whether they actually win or not, so why do you root for them?

Yeah, it'll depend on Steph's health. I just don't see any way that they beat them if Steph is healthy.

OKC has surprised me, and this SAS team isn't as impressive as I expected. It's odd to see CLE meshing so well right now, too. Without a healthy Steph, they may be able to take it all. Though I tend to think CLE's chemistry has a lot to do with an unsustainable hot streak from 3.

Also, Millsap is really underrated. That guy is just flat out good at basketball.

Ok glad to see I'm not alone. Everyone is talking about the Spurs and stuff and I get that they've been extremely amazing defensively and 67 wins and all. But I was kinda expecting them to be truly beast mode. Not sure if I'm seeing that right now.

The turning point of their season, imo, was when the Warriors wiped the floor with them in Cleveland, which I thoroughly enjoyed, but also wondered if that loss would be like the Cavs' Memorial Day Massacre, a blessing (for them, anyway), albeit in the regular season, and it certainly looks to have galvanized them.  Should they win the title (and for the record, I want the Warriors to kill them, lol ), which seems quite possible atm, I think Lebron will deem that loss at home to be a blessing in disguise (again, for them, haha ).  Golden State should only administer such a beat down on Cleveland in the clinching game of the Finals, if they have the opportunity, game 6 2008 style .

Yep, I didn't see that 2-2 coming... I still think SAS will win the series, but it will not be an easy now.

CLE is playing great bball lately. Their spacing is much better, their ball movement much better, they look like a different. The Hawks had either to double on Lebron and allow for an open three, or allow LBJ go for the 1 on 1. Tyronn Lue seems to have pushed the right buttons.
