This is Wildly premature. Let the guy play a few games before jumping on him.

Let the guy play a few games before jumping on him.It was a question , followed up by my opinion... Why are you getting defensive? He has shot above 40% twice this season. Most recently last year on November 15th against Russell Westbrook.Forget about shooting 40% for a season... when do you think he'll have his next above 40% shooting game?
smart had two destructive injuries ripped his fingers out of joint and then his kneehe is nowhere near back but his energy on defence almost stole the game-
Marcus Smart over the last 10 games (since 1/15):13.2 points, 3.7 ast, 5 reb, 2.1 steals, 0.5 blocks, 3.3 FTA, 42.9% FG, 34.7% 3P, 78.8% FT, 29.4 minutesThis is more like what I thought we'd see this year. Really hope he keeps it up.
big thing for him is that he gets to the line more consistantly and converts at a better rate.Last year he got most of his FT's by getting fouled shooting threes.
