When I watch Marcus play, and hear him interviewed, I realize Marcus is still very young, and immature.

He learning to transition his offensive game, from a college power game, to a much more finesse type of game in the bigger, and stronger NBA. He learning how he, Marcus Smart can get into the paint, and to the rim, without having to physically challenge bigger, more mature defenders. He's just now beginning to show glimpses of his potential in that direction.

I'm hoping Marcus will find his game, in the paint with post-up moves, floaters, and fall-away jumpers, with a controllable dash of 3 point shooting, to go along with his above average passing, rebounding, and great defense.

When he starts to really find his game, he will shoot over 45%

On the plus side, in his last 10 games he is 30 for 35 at the free throw line, 85.7%, and he has hit at least one three in seven consecutive games. His shooting is not hopeless.
