Well, Chicago is blowing it again for us.

Besides their win on Christmas, they've been pretty bad lately, and this Dallas game is going to be another one that punches them right in the gut. I expect some sort of player/personnel change on that team before long.

Doesn't help our draft pick, but could help our postseason positioning.  If Dallas is going to win games, I'd rather it be vs. the playoff crunch in the East (and Brookyln).

Wow Phoenix about to lose to Philadelphia (without Okafor) at home. Hang your heads in shame Suns.

All in all, a pretty good night for the Celtics fanbase.

it's official. philly wins for the second time this season, 111 to 104. ish smith paid immediate dividends with 5 assists and 14 points, and 3 TO.  :)

hinkiesanity may have run its course.

oh, and in very satisfying news, cleveland is having its butt handed to it by portland. after 3 periods, portland leads by about 20 points.

Small correction, but Portland's up by near 30, not 20.  Which is even better, obviously.

I don't have any numbers and could be way off, but it seems teams stink after playing GSW, except for us.  :P

Cavs can't use b2b because we had to travel on a b2b too (after a dbl ot)! they have a player who is the greatest player in the game atm. Don't talk about no kyrie either, they haven't had him all season.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Man, the dude has undeniable talent, but he is a hothead with questionable character. I've been all aboard the DMC train for a long time, but the more I watch of him the more I question his character. He looks to be Rondo-esque when it comes to his dealings with the refs.

That's how I'd feel if I were a Kings fan.  It's easier to have less harsh opinion from a distance.

They're up in arms because Cousins had the audacity to remove himself from those trying to hold him back, you know, when his sole intention was a direct line to the locker room. Boo-hoo.

So he exploded and got ejected. Not the sole person to do it this year. I mean, Blake Griffin has been ejected twice already this season and has 7 techs to Cousins' 6.

Celticsblog darlings DeAndre Jordan and Draymond Green have 7 techs each (the former with an ejection as well). Another CB darling in Paul George also has 6 techs. So in all, what Cousins is doing while in the upper echelon of techs (and worth pointing out in less games than these guys), it's not out of the ordinary either and comparable with players that are looked at as positive influencers in those teams.

And when you consider the disaster the team is going through, and the disaster that front office is (to say nothing of the inept officiating around), it's not that hard to fathom that this player will have the occasional explosion. But in all, just not troublesome as it's being made out to be.

And hey, Celticsblog fan favorite Kevin Garnett has 4 techs so far this year and he's barely playing. Food for thought.

So in all, just a big "meh" from me.

Other than Paul George is Deandre Jordan and Draymond Green the teams best players? The Kings kept it close against the Warriors until Demarcus got ejected.
