Ugghhh freaking Pelicans aren't helping us out at all. I'm starting to think that they're a real threat to being worse than Brooklyn, because they can't seem to win close games.
Yeah, I keep hoping for some kind of winning steak out of them but I'm concerned they just flat out stink. If Anthony Davis picks up even a relatively minor injury on the other side of the new year I could see them shutting him down, and coasting in to the 3rd worst record in the league.
Then use a high pick to add an impact player next to AD, fire Dell Demps, maybe Gentry too, and try again next year to build a quality team for Davis.
