One more loss or one more Pelicans win and the Nets are locked into top 5 lottery odds.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Big next two games for the Nets... tonight @ NYK and then Sunday vs. NOP - if they find a way to lose both (they probably won't) then there's a chance they finish with only 22 wins, leaving the chance of tying PHO for 3rd worst remotely in play...

Porzingis (shoulder) is out for the Knicks.
Young and Bogdanovic (rest) are out for the Nets.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I'll take that trade.

Thanks!  I haven't reviewed the point spreads on those games, but by glancing at each of them, with the exception of the Celtics game, I would expect each to be within 3-4 points either way.  As for the Celtics game, one can only dream.  Go C's!

And, I left off Sixers/Hornets because ... come on. ;-)

6 games after tonight before the season concludes. And then a wait until the lottery.

And then the watch begins again in fall 2016.

What a crazy ride. 2013-2014 wasn't as much fun

Having multiple first round picks from teams that are not making the playoffs when your team is good is really hard to beat.  I'm going to miss it when we run out of BK, Dallas and Memphis picks, but that day is aways away!

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
After a worrying 2 minutes in the 4th, the Knicks are on FIRE and have buried the Knicks.
Add another loss for the Nets total.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

The Memphis pick watch in 2019 (or 20, 21) can be like a TV show farewell season.
There will probably be tanking viewer fatigue by then after four years of Brooklyn games, so we should hopefully be contending by then!  8)
