Seriously, Len is absolutely terrible. He just let Shabazz have a wide-open corner three point shot to tie the game. How does this guy get playing time??

Actually, Len has been excellent of late. I believe he was 18 and 12,5 for his last 10 or 11 games. His offense is really starting to come around. Jumpers are looking good and he is getting aggressive around the glass.

I haven't seen the game versus the Timberwolves, but I have seen a couple of Phoenix games lately and they are starting to come around. They are healthy, except for Bledsoe, and they are starting to win some games.

Booker and Len are starting to score consistently and Knight has his nights when he goes of. Mirza will score some threes of the bench, and Chandler is also starting to produce.

I'm pretty sure that Phoenix will win more games than Brooklyn will, for the rest of the season.

I was going to say he's been awesome.
Earl Watson has had some kind of effect on him. Utilizing him really well. Has started to look like the top 5 pick he was supposed to be.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

For the last few weeks I was thinking the Suns owned the lottery-tiebreaker with the Nets (meaning they were 0-2 against nets this year so would get the better lottery odds if they ended with the same record).

I'm completely wrong on this aren't I?  I just remembered that if 2 lottery teams have the same record, they flip a coin for the better lottery odds regardless of head-to-head.  Can someone confirm this?

Yes, coin flip determines seeding.  Lottery balls get evenly split though.

You're still mostly wrong.  If they have the same record, they split the lottery chances from their two positions (in this case 3 and 4) equally.  If there are an odd number of chances, they flip the coin to determine who gets the extra chance.  Additionally, this coin flip determines who picks first in the event neither win the lottery.

Don't know if people realized this, but Len, Booker and Knight all had bad games, but still beat the wolves last night. I'm starting to really think Phoenix might win more games then the Nets. I'm not particularly worried about the wolves passing the nets, so this win for the suns might be big by the end of the year.

Go Suns!

Pulling for the Lakers .....I know it's for the good of Boston ......but it's wearing thin on my moral values ......it s very disagreeable for me under any circumstance.

think of it this way. If they win games they loose their pick which will cause yet another season of mediocrity

Oh god the Philly crowd is apparently chanting "We've got draft picks" at the Nets right now

Ugh, no need for them to make the Nets angry. I don't want them having any additional motivation.

Halftime now. I think BKN might barely pull this one out.

Well it was always going to be a huge ask to expect the 76ers to beat any team 3 out of 4 times. I'll take 2-2.

The game is all of a sudden a 14 point contest with Philly winning the 3rd quarter and currently winning the 4th.  It's a lot of damage to undo, but it's theoretically possible.
