Nah, the Nets have been losing far more than the Celtics.

  • Celtic's only raise championship Banners
I'm glad that Simmons and my boy Ingram are tearing it up. I do dream of getting one or both of them. But we would have to trade IT AB ET KO Crowder and Zeller and Amir....basically the vets and probably the vets that have high stocks right now.

I would stay away from Skal...never got the fascination with him, could be wrong, but 2017 has very good point gaurds, wings, and stretch 4's. I wish we had more picks in the 2017 draft.

Wolves giving Nets the bidness early on. This season is great, it seems that when we are not playing, we are still playing vicariously through the Nets.

This is a big one. A nets loss combined with Twolves win would be nice. Not so much for the Cs Twolves pick but the fact that the wolves would have 4 more wins than the Nets instead of two.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
The Wolves smell blood here. KG has got them pumped.

Bargani's defense is pathetic.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.

This game is a turning point for the Nets pick. If the Wolves can continue their solid play and win I think this solidifies the Nets as a bottom 5 pick. It would extend their losing streak to 5 and their schedule in the coming weeks is fairly difficult, which presents the possibility for an extended losing streak.

Additionally it puts another game between the Nets and the Wolves in the standings.

Mentally every loss takes a bit off this Nets team.

This losing streak also occurs during an extended home stand. The Nets spend a lot of time at the end of the season on the road. The Nets are currently 1-11 on the road.

On a side note: While the Wolves record is not good. The West is strange this year and the 8th seed is up for the taking. The Wolves are only 1.5 games out of that 8th spot and it would be nice to keep them within striking distance of that spot. Who knows if a young team like Minnesota can get hot, especially when a playoff spot seems to be realistic.

The 15th pick would be a nice additional asset. I have no interest in cheering for a slightly higher second rounder. We'll already have the first pick in the second round (via 76ers).

I love the job Flip Saunders did putting that team together.

Wiggins looks so good and aggressive out there. The Cavs are going to regret trading him. I think the questions about his mentality will largely be unfounded, because he's looked super aggressive and confident all year long when I've watched him.

The counterpoint is we'll never know how Wiggins would have developed playing alongside LeBron on a team that was desperate to demonstrate to LeBron how serious they were about winning a title.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

This was one of the games we were worried about...looking good Brooklyn!

Its time for Brooklyn to go on a nice extended losing streak.

By the way is there a story about why the Lopez twins have unisex names?
