I realize he's not quite as celebrated around here as the Chief, but Kareem has also said that yoga contributed to his longevity as a player.

Considering that a lot of yoga is basically an in-depth form of stretching, it's hard to argue with.

34-16 Bulls after the first quarter.  Ouch.

Bulls definitely got the wake up call they needed from the Bucks.

Wow, didn't see a dirty move like that coming from Giannis. That's as bad as the Whiteside one, perhaps even worse since Dunleavy was in the air.

I like how CHI vs MIL has been a chippy series.  Relatively boring matchup otherwise in my opinion.

But a really classless and stupid foul by Giannis.  If you're gonna whack someone, do it like a man.  Don't blindside someone like that.

I missed it - what happened?  Giannis doesn't seem like the thug type to me, so I'm going to attribute this to the influences of Jason Kidd and Lady Zaza, lol ;D.

Mike Dunleavy has been getting some sneaky cheap hits in this game: he caught MCW in the jaw in the first quarter (sending him to the locker room) and then caught Giannis in the face "incidentally" as he was boxing him out for a rebound. Giannis charged after him in transition as Dunleavy rose for a 3 (which he hit) and tackled him out of the air.

Giannis did this;

Still monumentally stupid when your team is facing elimination.

Was just looking at Robert Parish's career stats.  He might be the last guy to be as effective as Duncan is at such an advanced age.

Parish averaged 12 points and nearly 10 rebounds a game in 27 minutes when he was 39 years old.

Parish ended up playing till he was 43, which blows my mind.

Parish smoked weed--and did yoga every day.

I'm sure the former helped him deal with the aches and pains of growing older.  And also helped him not punch out Michael Jordan during his time on the Bulls.

That's one of my favorite Chief stories because he made even Jordan second-guess his own bluster and back down.  I have no doubt Parish would've followed through too.

...and yeah, the yoga helped quite a bit too I expect.

How stupid do we think Thibs is? He has a guy coming off a major injury (rose), a guy that is battling injury (Noah), a guy that played the most minutes in the NBA (Butler). Will he actually let them get some rest with a 32 point lead at the half? I believe they will play Cleveland Monday? If he plays any of them past the 3rd (barring a major charge by Bucks without Giannis) he is very very dumb.

I await someone starting a thread suggesting that maybe the Bucks will now view Giannis as an undesirable thug and the Celtics can buy low in a trade.

TP for the clips.  Wow, talk about bully ball from Dunleavy, and I hate that term, even though Man Crush Wednesday has showed himself to be a total prick/punk.  How was that not a foul?  He practically threw him down.  I honestly didn't even think Giannis' play was that bad, tbh.  Sure, he came over and got him, but he didn't clothesline Dunleavy or anything.  I agree, though - dumb move.

Isn't that how everything fell apart for Chicago in the first place?  When Rose injured himself the first time in 2012, it was during garbage time.  Doug Collins had already pulled his starters, iirc, so why was Rose still out there?  Thibs just seems to run players into the ground like KC Jones.  What a moron.
