Adrian Wojnarowski ?@WojYahooNBA 1m

LeBron James has reached out tell Kevin Love of his desire for them to play together with the Cavaliers, front office sources tell Yahoo.

Can he do that? I know players can talk. But I remember Rondo not saying anything about when Love came to visit. Didn't say anything about telling Love he would be fun to play with. He always added an other player, and said like them.

It would be funny if Silver stopped the deal because of that. And Lebron would be crying, "But, but, David use to let me do these things".

They can't, and it's usually overlooked... but now you have a "front office" source getting involved. This might lead to something.

LeBron can't say anything on the record about it. And he hasn't.

Sup with LeBron?  Was he serious when he said Napier was his favorite player in the draft?  Someone needs to get that dude on a court with Wiggins and Bennett so he can see what he's dealing with...   Those guys could end up being great.

Maybe he doesn't understand what he has in Wiggins.

I think the X-Factor in all of this will be, if anything.... a Cavs front office source seems to be on record, and the de facto power that is perceived from LeBron on his team's front office.

I think a good case of tampering can easily be investigated.

If this is all true, how much you wanna bet some of the GM's and Owners raise a stink. Not sure DA would because he'll want to make a good deal with Minny. But Cuban wouldn't give a crap.

This, by the way, is Minnesota's chance to swindle Cleveland for everything they can get.

Flip Saunders should look at the Carmelo Anthony and Pierce/Garnett trades as a model and not be afraid to risk the deal falling apart while he holds out for maximum value.  A bad GM would accept pennies on the dollar for Minnesota because he's afraid of getting nothing in return for Love and losing him as a free agent.

This is true whether he is negotiating with Boston or Cleveland.

The Front Office Source is just as likely to be the janitor as it is anyone else.

Exactly and absolutely.

Yes, because Woj has a penchant for using janitors to break legit news.

Bron-bron really is trying hard to get whoever and whatever he wants. Cleveland obliges. If Lebron wanted Blatt to wipe his a$$ management will willingly ask Blatt to do it.

Enough of this pampering. He still is a choker IMHO. He choked again this finals. He is not wired to overcome very difficult situations, what with everything given to him on a silver platter.

Cmon man I'm far from the biggest Lebron fan but I can appreciate greatness... Just wondering what more you think he could have done when his team mates where playing the way they did? Besides drop 45-50 points every game..

What is Greatness BTW? I can define Greatness in the NBA as Jordan, Bird, Russell, Cowens. Carrying the team and making them better. Bron bron faded when things and calls didnt go his way.

Look, I love Dave Cowens as much as the next guy, but it is insane to call him greater than Kareem or Magic. Or Wilt. Or Shaq. Or Tim Duncan.
