Mexico 1 - 0 Netherlands, goal dos Santos

Netherlands are struggling heavily with the climate
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I d give some credit to mexico... they ve studied very well holland's game and so far have neutralized their weapons

Btw i think there was penalty and a red card at the end of the first half...

Of course, they're doing a good job, too

I think they need to do something soon or they'll run out of gas and get killed on counters.

Somewhat related, but they showed the coaches of both teams on tv a few minutes ago. The Dutch coaches look like they'd just run a lap around the stadium. The Mexican coaches looked a little hot.

You know it's your day when a shot ricochets off your face to the post and bounces out.

Dunno why I'm still underrating Mexico. Won't happen again.

If they win this match, the whole bracket is wide open.

Pretty amaziing that they were minutes away from finishing 5th in their region and not even making the playoff to get into the Cup.

As they say, "the cup has its own rules". Some teams go on a run, get carried by euphoria, other teams combust, and you only have one shot in the knock-outs.

It is pretty amazing.
