In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Good play by Hulk. Brazil coming more into it since Chile changing to long balls.

Do not like Pinilla coming on for Chile. A traditional #9 striker makes Chile easier to defend.

Would rather see Valdivia come on. Someone with vision who can pick out a pass to beat out Brazil's defense. Valivia would be great picking out wingers trying to get in behind Alves and Marcelo.

But so far their long balls are not working. They just giving the ball back to brazil. They need just for a while move the ball cause brazil is getting into rythm and missed a few very good chances.

I think it is their pressing and failure to win back the ball that is costing them.

Which means fitness will be even more important, and from my perspective, Chile look the fitter side

Off-topic, but does Luiz Gustavo sport the manliest mustache in brazilian history?

Come on Brazil! Find a way to get it done. Please do not go to penalties.

I like the way Hulk has played today. Has cut inside and looked for shot more often. That is best strength. Nice to see instead of staying out on the wing passively as he did in previous games.

I love, love, LOVE Gekas. That guy knows where the goal is.

Too bad he doesn't wear the mullet, anymore.
